Jiangyuan Fu is an Assistant Professor at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. His research interests include the regulatory landscape of voluntary sustainability standards in international food trade, trade facilitation provisions affecting agricultural products, and the legitimacy of capital controls in a globalized context. He has recently authored several articles addressing topics such as sustainability in food trade, the economic impacts of technological innovation, and consumer perceptions of quality in sustainable goods.
