Jimin Tan

The Tan Lab at New York University’s School of Medicine and Institute for Systems Genetics is recruiting postdoctoral researchers, PhD students, and research staff. The lab develops machine-learning models to understand and engineer gene regulation. This interdisciplinary research environment combines computational methods with genetics and molecular biology to investigate how regulatory information is encoded and how it can be engineered. Postdoctoral and doctoral researchers would join a systems genetics group working at the intersection of machine learning, genomics, gene regulation, and biomedical research under Assistant Professor Jimin Tan.
