Joaquin Perez-Pariente is the Head of the Molecular Sieves Group at the Spanish National Research Council in Spain. His research focuses on the photophysical properties of zeotypes, chiral zeolitic catalysts, and the application of NMR and molecular simulations to study supramolecular assemblies in nanoporous materials. Recent publications include innovative studies on energy transfer in zeotypes, the inversion of chirality in enantio-enriched zeolites, and the synthesis of large-pore zeolites using chiral structure-directing agents.
