Johan Åhlin

Johan Åhlin is a senior lecturer (associate professor) at Umeå Universitet Medicinska fakulteten in Sweden. His research areas focus on managerial experiences in the municipal sector, work-related stress among municipal employees, and the assessments of stress of conscience, burnout, and social support among care providers for older people. His recent publications highlight critical issues in rural northern Sweden concerning workforce well-being and care management.
