About
Jorgen Christensen-Dalsgaard is a Professor at Aarhus Universitet in Denmark. His research primarily focuses on stellar evolution, asteroseismology, and the physical conditions at the base of the solar convective envelope. Recent publications highlight advancements in numerical error characterization in stellar oscillation codes and the integration of 1D stellar evolution with 3D hydrodynamical simulations. Additionally, he contributed to the understanding of the Sun's interior dynamics and the asteroseismic detection yield for stars with solar-like oscillations.
