Julie Kennel

Dr. Julie Kennel is an Associate Professor of Practice at The Ohio State University in the United States. Her research focuses on dietetics education, nutritional health outcomes, and community-engaged study designs, particularly for diverse populations. Recent projects include exploring the nutritional needs of transgender and gender-diverse youth, as well as developing the skills and self-efficacy of dietetics students in the Nutrition Care Process. She is also involved in evaluating stakeholder perceptions of competency-based education programs in dietetics.
