About
Jun Shimokawa is an Associate Professor at Kyoto University in Japan. His research focuses on the synthesis and application of silane compounds, specifically in the development of new synthetic methodologies. Recent publications include work on seven-membered dialkoxysilane units and their use in organic synthesis, as well as regioselective silylation reactions. He is actively engaged in advancing the understanding of silanol utilization in transition metal-catalyzed processes.
