Katarzyna Schmidt-Jessa is a Professor's Assistant at Poznań University of Economics and Business in Poland. Her research primarily focuses on the impact of digital-only banks, as well as factors influencing entrepreneurs' choice of legal forms for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Additionally, she investigates capital structure and taxation within national and multinational corporate groups, with a particular emphasis on evidence from Visegrad countries.
