Kechi Iheduru-Anderson is the Nursing Program Director and Associate Professor at Central Michigan University, USA. Her research focuses on disparities in mental health service utilization, particularly among Black African immigrants, as well as issues of social justice and academic freedom within nursing education. Recent articles highlight her commitment to addressing the professional identity and underrepresentation of Black women in academia, alongside exploring the experiences of healthcare professionals in diverse contexts.
