About
Konrad Jerzy Kapcia is an Associate Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. His research focuses on ultrafast phenomena in condensed matter physics, particularly the interplay of thermal and nonthermal effects in X-ray-induced processes, electrical polarization switching, and magnetic interactions. Recent publications include studies on ultrafast demagnetization in nickel and the Kondo–Majorana interplay. He is dedicated to advancing the understanding of complex materials and their responses to external stimuli.
