Kyungrae Kim

Kyungrae Kim is an Assistant Professor at Dongguk University in South Korea. His research interests encompass Buddhist cultural heritage, historical examinations of Korean Buddhism, and the impact of contemporary issues such as the Covid-19 pandemic on the Buddhist community. Recent publications include critical surveys of the Jogye Order's activities and educational practices within the context of Korean Buddhism, as well as investigations into the international aid work and propagation strategies of Korean Buddhism abroad.
