Lara Martin-Vicario is an Associate Lecturer at ESIC Business and Marketing School in Spain. Her research interests include obesity treatment narratives, media literacy, and the impact of stigma in weight loss applications. She has recently published articles analyzing the evolution of obesity narratives in the Spanish press, misinformation in social media, and the market of mobile apps for older adults. Her work contributes to understanding the interplay between media, health, and technology.
