Laura A. Janda is a Professor at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Her research interests include lexical and grammatical structures, semantic change, and constructicon approaches, as reflected in her recent articles on topics such as numeral classifiers in Persian, the grammatical analysis of Russian, and the understanding of quantifiers in Ukrainian. With a focus on both theory and data, her work explores complex interactions within language systems.
