Professor Lene Myong is a faculty member at the Centre for Gender Studies at the University of Stavanger, Norway. Her research areas focus on issues related to colonial care, racism, and biopolitics, particularly as they pertain to transnational adoption and marriage migration in Denmark and Norway. Recent publications include analyses of child removal policies in the Nordics and the politics of racialization in contemporary Danish society.
