Senior Lecturer Positions in Computer Science (AI, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Networked Systems)

Karlstad University is recruiting three permanent Senior Lecturer positions in Computer Science with a strong emphasis on AI. The openings are in AI and Cybersecurity , AI and Software Engineering , and AI for Networked Systems . These are academic staff positions in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Faculty of Health, Science and Technology. The roles are research-and-teaching appointments with a focus on computer science , artificial intelligence , machine learning , and related areas such as cybersecurity , software engineering , networked systems , distributed systems , privacy engineering , and trustworthy AI . The department highlights active research groups including PriSec (Privacy and Security), SQuaD (Software Quality and Digital Modernization), and DISCO (Distributed Intelligent Systems and Communications).
