Lisa Holmlund is an Assistant Professor at Karolinska Institutet in Sweden. Her research focuses on psychosocial work factors, return-to-work coordination, and mental health issues related to common mental disorders and spinal cord injuries. Recent articles include studies on the implications of work-home interference and qualitative perspectives on sick leave among employees. Through her work, she aims to explore and improve support mechanisms for individuals facing challenges in returning to work after health-related absences.
