Małgorzata Pigłowska is an Associate Professor at the Medical University of Lodz, Poland. Her research interests focus on gerontology, specifically the nutritional and physical activity determinants of muscle mass and cognitive function in older adults. Recent publications include studies on sarcopenia, quality of life in different living environments, and the relationship between nutritional status and depression symptoms. She aims to improve the understanding of health determinants in aging populations to inform better healthcare practices.
