Małgorzata Szewczynska is the Head of the Laboratory of Chromatographic Methods at the Central Institute for Labour Protection - National Research Institute in Poland. Her research focuses on the effectiveness of removal methods for hazardous substances in various materials, including firefighter protective clothing and air quality assessment in workplace environments. Recent articles include studies on PAH content analysis, the measurement of elemental carbon from diesel engine exhaust, and risk assessment of materials used in additive manufacturing.
