Dr. Marcin Kubiak is an assistant professor and the chief of surgery at Wroclaw Medical University in Poland. His research primarily focuses on perioperative nutritional and metabolic factors in surgical outcomes, particularly in head and neck cancer reconstruction, as well as the risks associated with refeeding syndrome in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Additionally, Dr. Kubiak has contributed to the understanding of oral cancer awareness among patients and the implications of dental and skeletal changes following surgical procedures.
