Marco Cappellazzo is a PhD student, research fellow, and teaching assistant at Politecnico di Torino, Italy. His research focuses on machine learning approaches in the study of significant heritage contexts, particularly in coastal landscapes, as well as the semantic mapping of landscape morphologies utilizing ML and deep learning techniques for airborne LiDAR data. His contributions aim to enhance the understanding of landscape characteristics through innovative analytical methods.
