Dr. Marek Wiergowski is an assistant professor at Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny in Poland. His research focuses on measurement uncertainty in biochemical analyses, particularly in relation to alcohol concentration in exhaled breath and postmortem time estimation through biochemical methods. He has also investigated contributors to preterm birth and the implications of political criminal poisonings, alongside studying cases of fatal intoxications with specific pharmacological agents.
