Maria P. Foschini

Maria P. Foschini is a Full Professor of Anatomic Pathology at the University of Bologna, Italy. Her research interests include malignant transformation in sinonasal papilloma, mesenchymal tumors of the breast, and the challenges of pathological diagnosis in rare head and neck cancers. She has contributed to significant discussions regarding healthcare costs of oral cancer and has been involved in refining the Milan System for Reporting Salivary Gland Cytopathology. Additionally, her recent work addresses prognostic markers in breast carcinoma and stromal tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in cancer evaluation.
