Marie Pizzorno

Professor Marie Pizzorno is a faculty member at Bucknell University in the United States. Her research areas include chromosomal alignment, metabolomics in bees, and transcriptomic responses of the honey bee brain to viral infections. She has recently published articles exploring microtubule density in chromosome alignment, methodologies for bee brain metabolomics, and responses of honey bees to Deformed Wing Virus. Her work contributes to the understanding of both genetic and environmental factors influencing bee health.
