Marion Joppe

Marion Joppe is a Professor at the University of Guelph in Canada. Her research focuses on various aspects of tourism, including the role of deindividuation in perceived crowding and tourist behaviors, destination marketing and management, and the influence of country image and trust on travel intentions during a pandemic. She has also explored ecolodge entrepreneurship in emerging markets and the motivations behind gamified travel experiences.
