Marissa Kaloga is the Hynds Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her research encompasses areas such as social work, systems transformation, and the socioeconomic factors affecting sex work in various global contexts. Recent articles include a case study on the social work sector in Guinea and an analysis of pathways to navigate sex work in Kathmandu. Her work also addresses issues related to contraceptive use in rural Malawi and client-perpetrated violence toward female sex workers.
