Martina Rašticová is the head of the Department at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic. Her research interests encompass technostress, diversity management, economic behaviors, and sustainable development. Recent publications include studies on technostress among older workers, digital banking inequality, and sustainable social protection systems in Ukraine. She also explores the implications of generative artificial intelligence usage among economics students and investigates employee engagement strategies within SMEs.
