Marzena Małyszko is a Master of Science and Chief Officer at the Maritime University of Szczecin, Poland. Her research areas focus on maritime safety and rescue operations, as evidenced by her recent articles, which explore methodologies for identifying threats to maritime infrastructure and the effectiveness of search and rescue technologies. She has also conducted analyses on contributing factors to marine casualties and the selection of surface units for search and rescue operations using AIS data and fuzzy logic methods.
