Postdoctoral opening in atomistic modeling , battery recycling , computational chemistry , and materials dissolution/lixiviation at Sorbonne Université . The position is within the PHENIX laboratory on the Pierre et Marie Curie Campus , in the Electrochemistry and Ionic Liquids team . The project aims to develop a computational approach to simulate the lixiviation process at the atomistic scale and to understand the microscopic mechanisms controlling dissolution of battery materials. The work is intended to support the optimization of next-generation recycling processes. The recruited postdoctoral researcher will join a modelling team and work in close contact with experimentalists. The post includes access to laboratory resources and university computing resources. Applicants should have a strong background in computational modeling and simulation, with interest in electrochemistry, ionic liquids, and battery materials.
