About
Min-Su Park is an Associate Professor at Dong-A University in South Korea. His research areas include thin films, phototransistors, and solar cells, as reflected in his recent articles on the post-growth annealing effects of Li-doped NiO thin films, the influence of PCBM nanocrystals in polymer ultraviolet phototransistors, and the optical signatures of vertical HfS2 nanosheets.
