Texas State University is advertising a fully funded PhD position in the College of Science and Engineering with a start date in Spring or Fall 2027 . The project is centered on electronic materials and (ultra-)wide-bandgap oxide semiconductors , with applications in next-generation electronic devices and power devices . Students with experience in semiconductor materials , electronic devices , nanofabrication , and electrical/materials characterization are especially encouraged to apply.
