Mondher Bouzayen

Professor Mondher Bouzayen is a faculty member at the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, France. His research primarily focuses on the genetic and biochemical processes involved in carotenoid biosynthesis, chlorophyll metabolism, and fruit quality traits in tomato, as well as the regulation of ethylene biosynthesis during fruit ripening in banana and tomato. Through his recent publications, he explores the roles of transcription factors and signaling pathways in enhancing fruit development and resistance to diseases.
