Professor Narciso Román-Roy is a Full Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain. His research areas include multisymplectic field theories, constraint analysis in scalar field theories and Chern-Simons gravity, as well as advanced topics in contact mechanics and Lagrangian dynamics.
