Nikolaos Karousis

Dr. Nikolaos Karousis is an Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Ioannina, Greece. His research focuses on the synthesis and theoretical study of N,N′‐Diarylureas as cannabinoid-1 receptor inhibitors, as well as the development of covalent organic frameworks for photocatalytic processes. He has recently published articles examining the role of porous covalent organic frameworks in photocatalytic reactive oxygen species-mediated processes and novel bifunctional antihistamine molecules with enhanced therapeutic actions.
