Pedro Romea

Pedro Romea is a Full Professor at Universitat de Barcelona, Spain. His research interests encompass the development of asymmetric synthesis methods and radical transformations, particularly in the synthesis of α-amino acids and other complex organic molecules. Recent publications highlight his work on stereodivergent reactions catalyzed by chiral Nickel(II) complexes, as well as innovative approaches to Michael additions and aldol reactions.
