Tampere University is offering 3–5 fully funded PhD positions for doctoral researchers in Generative AI and Software Engineering at the GPT-Lab. The positions are open for candidates with a Master’s degree (or those finishing by December 2025) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence. The research will focus on cutting-edge topics in Generative AI and its applications in software engineering. Successful candidates will join a world-class research environment with strong career support and can be based in Tampere, Pori, or Seinäjoki. The positions offer a competitive salary starting at €2,714 per month and are funded for four years.
