Dr. Petr Nachtigal is the Vice-Dean and Head of the Department at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove. His research focuses on cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, particularly the role of soluble endoglin in conditions like nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and atherosclerosis. He has contributed to studies on renal cell validation for preclinical assessments, as well as on the impact of metabolic alterations in animal models. Dr. Nachtigal's work aims to enhance understanding of complex metabolic interactions and their implications for human health.
