Qing Chen is an Adjunct Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Their research focuses on thermodynamics, computational materials engineering, and phase equilibria, as demonstrated in recent articles including "Simplified Growth Model for Multicomponent Systems" and "Thermodynamic calculation of phase equilibria of rare earth metals with boron binary systems." Professor Chen's work also investigates interfacial energy in alloys and viscosity prediction for molten slags.
