Sandra Filipa Pinto da Costa is an Adjunct Professor at Instituto Politécnico de Saúde do Norte - CESPU in Portugal. Her research focuses on the effects of person-centered music-based interventions in the rehabilitation of older adults with mild to moderate dementia, as well as the design and implementation of music-based curricula for dementia care professionals. She is also involved in chronic disease self-management programs aimed at older adults.
