Sarah Ahmed is an Assistant Professor at Providence College in the United States. Her research focuses on health equity, migration, and gender studies, particularly analyzing the experiences of marginalized populations. Recent articles include studies on the health seeking experiences of older Black and Latinx cancer survivors, and women's agency in rural Pakistan. Additionally, she explores the intersection of education, religiosity, and social support in various cultural contexts.
