About

Shengqiang Zhou is the Department Head at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf in Germany. His research focuses on photonic applications of plasmons, phonon and magnon dynamics in two-dimensional materials, and the modulation of oxide-based quantum materials. He has contributed significantly to the understanding of optical properties in alloy systems and the effects of ion implantation on material properties.
