Simon Peschard is an Assistant Professor at Université de Lille, France. His research focuses on the interplay between intestinal glucose absorption and postprandial glucose response, as well as the implications of intestinal and liver interactions in Type 2 Diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Recent publications include studies on the effects of metformin on glucose response and the role of nuclear receptors in gastrointestinal health.
