Soyon Paek

Dr. Soyon Paek is an Associate Professor at Yonsei University - Mirae Campus in South Korea. Her research primarily focuses on unethical behaviors in organizations, the impacts of gender, age, and tenure on ethical decision-making, and workplace deviance. She has recently explored themes such as corporate social responsibility and its influence on organizational behavior, as well as factors affecting customer return intentions in peer-to-peer sharing accommodations.
