Stefano Ciavatta

Stefano Ciavatta is the Head of the Marine Ecosystem Service at Mercator Ocean in France. His research areas focus on marine data assimilation, numerical models for ocean biogeochemistry, and ecosystem dynamics. Recent articles authored by him explore topics such as marine ecosystem indicators, complex networks in shelf sea environments, and the optimization of optical–biogeochemical models. He is dedicated to advancing understanding of marine ecosystems and their complex interactions in various marine environments.
