Postdoc in Foundation Models for Knowledge Graphs at University of Stuttgart

The University of Stuttgart's Institute for Artificial Intelligence, Analytic Computing group, is inviting applications for a full-time Postdoctoral position focused on Foundation Models for Knowledge Graphs. This two-year position (100% TV-L E13, extensible) offers the opportunity to conduct foundational research at the intersection of machine learning, logics, and natural language understanding. The successful candidate will contribute to automating data and knowledge management, facilitating data integration, analysis, and human-data interaction. Responsibilities include leading research projects, advising students, and publishing in top conferences and journals. The research environment is part of Cyber Valley, Europe's largest AI research center, and offers extensive collaboration opportunities through the International Max Planck Research School for Intelligent Systems and the ELLIS network. The salary ranges from 62,000 to 71,000 Euro per year before taxes, depending on experience. Applicants should have a PhD in computer science or a related field, a strong publication record, and excellent analytical and scientific writing skills.
