Stig Laursen

Stig Laursen is an Associate Professor at Odense Universitetshospital in Denmark. His research areas focus on gastrointestinal bleeding, endoscopy skills assessment, and the analysis of patient outcomes in acute gastrointestinal conditions. Recent publications include studies on risk scores in gastrointestinal bleeding, learning curves in small bowel capsule endoscopy, and the management of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. He holds both a PhD and an MD, contributing extensively to the field through his clinical and academic work.
