Stéphanie Cluzet

Professor Stéphanie Cluzet is a faculty member at the University of Bordeaux in France. Her research focuses on the effects of organic mulches, elicitors, and extraction methods on phenolic compounds in grapevines, as well as studying the antimicrobial properties of grapevine extracts. Recent work includes investigations into disease resistance in banana and the optimization of polyphenol extraction techniques. She also explores the interactions between grapevine metabolism and various elicitors in relation to disease resistance.
