About
Professor Tadeusz Wosinski is a faculty member at the Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences. His research primarily focuses on the electronic and magnetic properties of dilute ferromagnetic semiconductors, particularly those involving bismuth incorporation in (Ga,Mn)As systems. Recent publications include studies on spin-orbit coupling enhancements and the effects of Bi doping on the structural quality and magnetotransport properties of epitaxial layers. He contributes significantly to understanding the fundamental mechanisms in semiconductor physics and their potential applications in spintronic devices.
