Postdoctoral Position in Neuroimmunology at the Department of Biomedicine, University of Basel , in a joint venture with the University Hospitals Basel. The project focuses on multiple sclerosis and related autoimmune/neuroimmune disorders, especially the interactions between autoreactive B cells , EBV , and the cellular anatomy of the central nervous system. The advertised work aims to engineer human B cells to express a B cell receptor of interest and to study native-like class switching, somatic hypermutation, plasma cell differentiation, and the development of CNS-resident antibody-secreting cells.
