Victoriano Marcelo is an Assistant Professor at Universidad de León in Spain. His research areas include the analysis of food quality preservation, particularly in relation to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as the characterization and repurposing of silos within the agricultural landscape. He has contributed to significant studies on the impact of edible oil coatings on fruit storage, the estimation of soil properties using spectroscopy, and the architectural evolution of national silo networks.
