Virpi Harila

Virpi Harila is an Associate Professor at the University of Oulu, Unit of Population Health in Finland. Her research primarily focuses on orthodontics and facial asymmetry, with recent publications examining topics such as orthognathic surgery needs for cleft patients and the oral health-related quality of life among young adults with cleft. Additionally, she investigates the factors influencing facial symmetry and dental fear in adolescents.
